Here are some of the highlights from this contract:
- Guaranteed minimum raises of 3% every September
- Charge nurse differential increased to $2.25
- Increased union visibility on all units, including bulletin board access

Here are some of the highlights from this contract:
- In addition to the Hospital-initiated market adjustment (around 5%) for all nurses, this Agreement provides for a 3% wage increase in the beginning of 2021 and another in the beginning of 2022
- Allows the Union an opportunity to provide input on changes to healthcare and retirement benefits before the changes occur
- Maintains the total number (20) of Union Stewards
- Maintains Union protections; such as Just Cause, Progressive Discipline, Layoff/Recall Rights, and strong Grievance Procedures.
- Maintains Hours of Work Language (although management still reserves the right to scheduling, including the mandatory overtime under Article 2 Management Rights of the Agreement)
- Expanded types of bereavement leave, including to 'observe the death or handling of the estate of an immediate family member.
