Tentative Agreement Reached for New Contract

On October 21st, the KUNA Negotiations Team and the Hospital reached a tentative agreement on the new contract for November 2022 - August 2025. Members will need to vote to ratify the new contract by November 9. Look for a letter with instructions on voting in the mail. The tentative agreement can be found below.

Some of the biggest changes include:

  • Guaranteed minimum 3% raises every September for the next 3 years
  • Charge nurse differential increased to $2.25
  • Increased union visibility on all units

Only dues-paying KUNA members are eligible to vote on the contract. If you are not a dues-paying member, you can sign up right now by clicking here.

Note: this MOA was amended on 15 December to include CNEs in the PPS restricted call pay process. This changes the wording of Article 40, Section 10. The amendment is included at the very end of the file.
